By accessing or using the Platform, you ("you" or "user") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using the Platform.

General Use of the Platform
1.1 Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in order to use the Platform.

1.2 Crypto Wallet Connection: To access certain features on the Platform, you must connect your crypto wallet. You are solely responsible for securely managing your crypto wallet information and all activities associated with your connected wallet. We expressly disclaim any responsibility or liability for any issues, losses, or damages, including but not limited to those arising from security breaches or unauthorized access to your connected wallet.

1.3 Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information as necessary to maintain its accuracy. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information provided is found to be inaccurate, misleading, or incomplete.

Booking and Payments
2.1 Hotel Listings: The Platform allows hotels to list their available rooms for booking. We do not endorse or guarantee the accuracy, quality, or availability of any hotel listings. The hotels are solely responsible for the content and availability of their listings.

2.2 Booking Process: When you make a booking through the Platform, you are entering into a direct contractual relationship with the hotel. We act solely as an intermediary facilitating the booking process. The hotel's terms and conditions will apply to your booking, and any disputes or issues regarding the booking must be resolved directly with the hotel.

2.3 Payment: Payment for bookings made through the Platform will be processed using the payment method specified by you during the booking process. You agree to pay the total amount indicated, including any taxes and fees imposed by the hotel or hotel partner. Please note that in addition to the hotel or hotel partner fees, there may be other fees during payment on our platform, such as (crypto) exchange fees and gas fees. The correct total amount will be shown during checkout. Furthermore, be aware that there could be local fees from the hotel that must be settled upon arrival. We are not responsible for any charges or fees imposed by your bank or payment provider.

Cancellations and Refunds
3.1 Cancellation Policies: Please be aware that all reservations made through our platform have a non-refundable policy. Once you book, the payment is non-refundable, and you will not receive a refund if you cancel or do not show up for your reservation. It is essential to understand and acknowledge this non-refundable policy before making any bookings.

Intellectual Property
4.1 Ownership: The Platform and its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and other materials, are owned or licensed by us and are protected by intellectual property laws. You agree not to modify, reproduce, distribute, create derivative works, or publicly display any content from the Platform without our prior written consent.

4.2 Trademarks: "Sleap.io" and our logo are trademarks owned by us. You agree not to use our trademarks or any confusingly similar marks without our prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability
5.1 Disclaimer: The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, whether express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the Platform. You acknowledge and agree that your use of the Platform is at your sole risk.

5.2 Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your access to or use of the Platform.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Switzerland.

Modifications to the Terms
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. The most current version of the Terms will be posted on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after any modifications to the Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
